Our aim is to help you get to where you want to be with your horse so we are as flexible as possible to best suit your needs.
Whether you come on a course or training day or whether you want individual or group lessons at your venue or ours, the objectives and values are the same…
- To promote an understanding of innate horse behaviour and its application to training.
- To place emphasis on improving safety and developing the relationship between horse and human.
- To teach the importance of ground and ridden skills incorporating the need for softness, flexion, balance and correct posture at all times both on the ground and in the saddle.
- To develop a good foundation before focussing on specific disciplines, for the good of the horse.
Individual or group lessons are by arrangement (see Charges) and dates of courses are listed below.
Horsemanship courses will follow the Applied Equine Behaviour syllabus and be run as a series of modules throughout the year which cover AEB levels 1 to 3. (see Prospectus(pdf))
